Paul retired from a long and distinguished career working for Mobil and ExxonMobil in the oil and gas industry, starting as a reservoir engineer and progressing through international project development.  Over that career, he lived and worked in Europe, the Middle East and Asia, in addition to the United States.

Paul earned his B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Ohio State University, a Masters Degree in Petroleum Engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
