Doctoral student Ting-Yu Chen wins national travel award

Ting-Yu Chen, a Ph.D. student in Winston Ho’s group, has been selected as a winner of the 2020 Elias Klein Founders’ Travel Supplement Award by the North American Membrane Society (NAMS).
Selection of this award is based, in part, on academic achievements. The award will provide up to $500 for Ting-Yu to present a paper, titled “Synthesis of Sterically Hindered Polyvinylamine and Its Application in Facilitated Transport Membranes for CO2 Capture from Flue Gas,” at the NAMS Annual Meeting in Tempe, AZ, May 17-20, 2020.
