IT HELP and Intranet Links
FOR IT HELP: Contact Engineering Technology Services (ETS) one of three ways:
1. Visit http://go.osu.edu/ets and fill out a ticket. (Preferred)
2. Email firstname.lastname@example.org, which will open a ticket.
3. Call 8-2828 7am-5pm and a student assistant will enter your ticket manually.
Only true emergencies will be addressed after business hours.
Client Services (desktop computing needs): Director Tammy Cimorell.1 and team members Aaron Jenkins, Nick Vaver, Justin Eyer and Eric McKinniss.
Operations (network, servers, etc.): Director, Michael Compton.35, Assistant Director, JD Wear.1, and team members Mike Zazon, Brian Foley, Bryce Steel, Jim Riedel, Mike Davis and Aaron Aufderheide.
If you ask Mike or Geoff directly for assistance, they will encourage you to submit a ticket or will submit the ticket on your behalf. This is important so we can be sure adequate resources are available to support your unit and can provide backup in the event of a staff absence. It is very possible that someone other than Mike or Geoff will respond.
