Contact Engineering Technology Services (ETS) one of three ways:

  1. To fill out a ticket, visit the Help Desk. (Preferred)
  2. You can also Email them at, which will open a ticket.
  3. Call 8-2828 7am-5pm and a student assistant will enter your ticket manually.  

Only true emergencies will be addressed after business hours.
